1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the P2P network services provided by Gullix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this system immediately.

2. Nature of Service

Gullix is an independently maintained, completely free decentralized P2P tunneling service. We coordinate hole punching and connections between nodes through central signaling servers. Given the "passion-driven" nature of development, we do not commit to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or unavailability.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Gullix for the following activities:

• Any activity that violates applicable local laws and regulations;
• Distributing spam, viruses, malware, or conducting DDoS attacks;
• Unauthorized intrusion into others' systems or unauthorized data scraping;
• Commercial resale of this free service or large-scale occupation of public relay resources.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The developers do not guarantee the absolute security or stability of Gullix. Due to the nature of P2P technology, data transmission may be affected by the network environment. You assume all risks associated with using the software. The developers are not responsible for any data loss, hardware damage, or legal disputes arising from use of this software.

5. Privacy & Data

We adhere to a minimalist principle, collecting only the connection metadata necessary to maintain P2P handshakes. We do not monitor, log, or store the actual content transmitted through your tunnels.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the console or official community channels. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
